Introduction

We are very excited to introduce our updated event, previously known as the International Seminar on Science Education (ISSE), which has been running for eight editions from 2015-2022, with the main topic related to Science Education under the Host of Graduate Schools, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY). Due to the development of scope with the Host of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) UNY with the enthusiasm to embrace the spirit of Sustainability and Environmental Education, we have changed the name from International Seminar on Science Education (ISSE) to International Seminar in Sciences Education and Environment (ISSEE) 2024 starting this 9th edition. Therefore, beginning in 2024 onwards, we will use International Seminar in Sciences Education and Environment (ISSEE) 2024.

This transformation reflects our commitment to fostering a dynamic platform that transcends traditional boundaries, inviting scholars, educators, and professionals from various disciplines to converge, share insights, and explore innovative approaches in sciences and education.

Join us as we embark on this enriching journey of knowledge exchange and interdisciplinary exploration. Together, let's shape the future of education and science through collaboration and innovation.
