Publication Options
An academic committee will review the manuscript. Only a qualified novel manuscript will be invited to be presented.
This conference has several publication options. Make sure the manuscript you write matches the scope of the Proceedings or journal you are writing to.
An (independent) peer review process will make the final decision on whether the manuscript will be accepted for publication. Peer review evaluates whether the manuscript satisfies the scope of the seminar, the scientific aspects, the international readability and significance aspects, and the writing style and template as guided by the publication platforms.
The decision will be taken by the journal editors, particularly for participants who want to publish in the collaborating journal. It is important to consider that it may be possible for the journal editors to reject the submission. Therefore, the participants must take into account the consequences of the publication selection. If the submission is then rejected by the journal editors, the participants will be given a chance to publish in the national journal if they can meet the template requirements and the deadline for re-submission (camera-ready file submission date).
Authors must adapt their article templates to the chosen publication options.

Blind Review
We are pleased to announce an important update regarding the review process for The International Seminar in Sciences, Environment, and Education (ISSEE) 2024
1. To further enhance the integrity and fairness of our peer review process, we are officially adopting a blind review method
2. Reviewer Anonymity: Reviewers' identities will remain confidential to the authors.
3. Objective Evaluation: The focus will be on the merits of the research presented, including its originality, significance, and contribution to the field.
4. Revisions: If you are invited to revise your manuscript, please address the reviewers' comments carefully and provide a detailed response letter outlining the changes made.
We believe this new approach will enhance the quality and credibility of our publication and ensure a more equitable review process for all submissions. Should you have any questions or require further information about the blind review process, please do not hesitate to contact us.
